Privacy Information
This page describes how the Wavqelori website operates in relation to information that visitors may provide or that the site may encounter in ordinary use.
This privacy information applies to the Wavqelori website at wavqelori.com and is provided by Wavqelori Systems Pty Ltd. It explains, to the extent that can be described from the nature of this site, how visitor information is handled. Where specific practices require confirmation from the operator, this is noted rather than assumed.
1. Nature of this website
The Wavqelori website is an informational resource describing the Wavqelori information-organisation platform and providing a means of submitting enquiries to the support team. It does not host the platform itself. Visitors to this site are accessing information about the platform, not the platform's classification and review environment.
2. Information submitted through the enquiry form
The enquiry form on the Contact and Enquiry page uses a mailto link, which means that when a visitor submits the form, their email client opens with the form fields pre-filled as the email body. The message is then sent directly from the visitor's email application to the Wavqelori support team.
No information entered into the enquiry form is processed or stored by the Wavqelori website before it reaches the visitor's email client. The website itself does not transmit, log, or retain any data entered into the form fields.
When the support team receives an email enquiry, the information contained in that email is handled in the ordinary course of responding to the enquiry. The team may retain correspondence for the purpose of managing ongoing or related enquiries.
3. Information the website may encounter in ordinary operation
As with most websites, a visitor's browser may automatically send certain technical information when loading pages, such as the browser type, approximate location derived from the visitor's network, the page requested, and the referring page if one exists. Whether and how this information is logged depends on the web hosting environment used to serve this website. Wavqelori Systems Pty Ltd does not make representations about host-level logging that have not been confirmed with the relevant hosting provider.
If you have questions about what technical information may be logged in connection with visits to this site, you are welcome to raise this with the support team.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Wavqelori website does not knowingly set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics scripts. No external tracking services have been embedded in this site. If you observe unexpected behaviour, please report it using the contact details below.
5. External links
This website does not include links to external sites beyond standard communication tools such as email links. If links to external resources are added in future, this notice will be updated to reflect any relevant considerations.
6. Children
This website is not directed at children, and the Wavqelori platform is not intended for use by minors. The site does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your rights regarding personal information
If you have submitted an enquiry and wish to request that the information in that correspondence be deleted, or if you have a question about how your information has been handled, please contact the support team using the details below. Requests will be considered on their merits and in accordance with applicable obligations.
Wavqelori Systems Pty Ltd does not claim compliance with any specific regulatory framework in this notice. Visitors who believe that applicable data-protection rules apply to information they have submitted should direct specific questions to the team.
8. Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website or in how enquiry correspondence is managed. The version displayed on this page applies to visitors at the time of their visit.
