Supplementary information about the Wavqelori system's technical scope, operational boundaries, and context relevant to access enquiries.

Technical scope

The Wavqelori system is a server-based information-organisation application. It receives structured input, applies classification and sorting logic, and returns an organised output suitable for review through a web-based interface.

Input requirements

The system is designed to receive structured digital information. Input that does not conform to the expected structure may not be processed correctly and will typically be routed to the unmatched item category for manual review.

The supported structure types for any given access arrangement are confirmed when that arrangement is set up. The support team can clarify compatibility before access is configured.

Output format

Output is presented through the Wavqelori review interface. The interface renders classified and sorted collections in a navigable format. A summary view and individual item views are both available.

The interface is web-based and designed to be accessible through a standard browser. It does not require installation of additional software.

Component Description User-configurable
Classification categories The set of named groupings to which items are assigned during processing Via access arrangement
Sorting rules The criteria used to order items within each category Via support request
Review interface The web-based display environment for reviewing organised collections No
Unmatched item handling The mechanism for collecting items that do not match any defined category No
Collection summary report An overview of item counts per category across the full collection No

What the system does not handle

The following are outside the scope of the Wavqelori system as described on this site. This list is not exhaustive and is provided to help set accurate expectations before submitting an access request.

Configuration and customisation

The Wavqelori system operates within a defined configuration at any given time. Some aspects of the configuration are determined when an access arrangement is set up, and others are fixed at the system level. The table in the Technical scope section above indicates which components are adjustable and at what level.

Requests to adjust the classification categories or sorting rules applicable to an access arrangement should be directed to the support team. Changes are reviewed and implemented at the team's discretion and are not applied automatically on request.

No configuration change affects the classification of a collection that has already been processed. Processed collections reflect the configuration that was active at the time of processing. Re-processing a collection under a revised configuration is possible and would produce a new organised output reflecting the updated settings.

Access process context

Access to the Wavqelori system is arranged through the enquiry process described on the Enquire page. The following notes provide additional context for those considering an access request.

Review criteria

The support team reviews access enquiries to understand the intended use and to determine whether the system is suited to the enquirer's requirements. The team may ask clarifying questions. There is no fixed list of criteria that an enquiry must satisfy; each request is considered on its individual circumstances.

No commitment implied by enquiry

Submitting an enquiry does not create any expectation or obligation on either side. The team will respond to enquiries in the ordinary course of its work and will communicate the outcome of its review.

Duration and renewal

Access arrangements, where agreed, are established for a defined period. Details of duration and renewal are communicated when an arrangement is confirmed, not before. Wavqelori Systems Pty Ltd does not make general representations about the duration of access arrangements on this site.

Operational notes

The following notes address practical aspects of using the Wavqelori system that may be relevant to access enquiries.
